Astrochemistry.net has data on atomic and molecular species, reactions between them, results from chemical models including them, whether they've been detected in space and in most cases examples of where and how much. It also has scope for comments on any species, reaction or model, or comments and suggestions on anything to do with astrochemistry.

Molecular Astrophysics, National Radio Astronomy Observatory - Molecular Astrophysics concerns the study of emission from molecules in space. These molecules have large numbers of observable transitions.

Astrochemistry Branch, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center - This organization has the mission to develop a better understanding of Atmospheric and/or Astrophysical phenomena based on new knowledge of chemical physics of the underlying molecular processes and does research into chemistry of planetary atmospheres, cometary free radicals, interstellar and cometary grains/ices and planetary ices, meteorite magnetism and magnetic mineralogy of terrestrial planets.

Astrophysical Chemistry Group, Ohio State University - Dedicated to the study of molecules in regions outside of the solar system.

Astrochemistry Laboratory, NASA Ames Research Center - This laboratory specializes in the study of extraterrestrial materials and their analogs. The staff has pioneered laboratory studies of space environments including interstellar, cometary, and planetary ices. This lab is part of NASA's Astrobiology Institute.

Interstellar and circumstellar molecules, National Radio Astronomy Observatory - contains a list of all known molecules indentified thus far by radio astronomers.

Molecular Astrophysics - This website describes the research into molecular astrophysics and astrochemistry in the Department of Astronomy at Leiden Observatory.

Molecular Spectroscopy Team, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory - supports NASA programs in Astrophysics, Atmospheric Science, and Planetary Science. Its activities include measurement of rotational lines, fitting the lines, and preparing a catalog of line positions and intensities.

Reaction Dynamics Group, University of Hawaii at Manoa - Dedicated to the study of the interstellar chemistry: exploring strange new radicals and seeking out new reaction mechanisms and intermediates.

Astrochemistry, Wikipedia - Astrochemistry is the study of the chemicals found in outer space, usually in molecular gas clouds, and their formation, interaction and destruction. As such, it represents an overlap of the disciplines of astronomy and chemistry. Astrochemistry involves the use of telescopes to measure various aspects of bodies in space, such as their temperature and composition.
