Crew Training Centre (CTC) - CTC is chartered with training and simulation of on-board operations for manned space flights within the scope of the German national space program as well as for the European Space Program of the European Space Agency (ESA).[DLR]
German Aerospace Center (DLR) - This organization serves as the German national space agency and contains information on all aspects of German space exploration and research
German Space Operations Center (GSOC) - GSOC is responsible for the preparation and execution of approximately 20 national and international, co-operative space flight projects. [DLR]
German Space Operations Center and the Crew Training Center - (Hauptabteilung Raumflugbetrieb und Astronautentraining) This center is responsible for training of German and European Astronauts who have flown on Mir, the Space Shuttle, and who will fly on the International Space Station.
GSOC/KB (Kommunikation und Bodenstation) - GSOC/KB is a section of the German Space Operations Center (GSOC) within the German Aerospace Center (DLR). KB is responsible for planning, implementation and operation of telecommunications stations and spacecraft telemetry, tracking, and command (TTC) ground stations.
Mobile Rocket Base (MORABA) - MORBA is a division of the German Space Operations Center (GSOC) for planning, preparing and implementing scientific sounding rocket and balloon campaigns. Satellite missions can be supported by mobile tracking radars for trajectory determination as well as with TT&C ground stations for data receiving and command transmission. [DLR]
