Earth Observation Center (EOC) - EOC is located at Hatoyama-cho, Hiki-gun, Saitama prefecture. EOC is a NASDA field center that develops satellite remote sensing technology. EOC is now receiving data from Earth observing satellites such as JERS-1 and processing the data for a variety of research applications.

Earth Observation Research Center (EORC) - EORC promotes cooperation among Earth scientists and space agencies and serves as a center for developing new technologies, such as environmental assessment, land-use analyses and resource exploitation.

Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) - ISAS is dedicated to space and astronautical science in Japan. It conducts space science research by making the maximum use of its own flight capabilities and opportunities such as various space launch vehicles, scientific satellites, planetary probes, and balloons.

Kakuda Propulsion Center (KPC) - The Kakuda Propulsion Center is located at the northern edge of Kakuda-city in Miyagi Prefecture and includes test facilities for rocket propulsion systems.

Katsuura Tracking and Communication Station (KTCS) - Located in the south east of Japan's Boso Peninsula, this facility was constructed for satellite tracking and control. It has advanced equipment, including the Range-and-Range rate tracking, telemetry reception and command transmission systems.

Kiruna Mobile Tracking and Data Acquisition Station (Sweden) - Located in Kiruna, a city in northern Sweden within the Arctic Circle, this facility is mainly a tracking and control station. Its facilities are designed to enable data transmission when necessary.

Masuda Tracking and Communication Station (MTCS) - TDAS is located in the middle of Tanegashima Island. In addition to satellite tracking and control, TDAS is involved in the inspection and confirmation of satellites aboard their boosters at the Osaki Rocket Launch Complex prior to the liftoff.

NASDA Headquarters - The headquarters for NASDA, Japan's National Space and Development Agency, is located in Tokyo.

National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) - Japan's Space Development Program is planned and supervised by the Space Activities Commission, an advisory committee to the Prime Minister. The program is organized into two subprograms of activities, with NASDA handling practical space applications and the Ministry of Education's Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS) handling the field of space science.

Okinawa Tracking and Communication Station (OTCS) - Okinawa Tracking and Communication Station is the site of NASDA's southernmost tracking and Communication station

Tanegashima Space Center (TNSC) - The Tanegashima Space Center is NASDA's largest facility. It is located on Tanegashima Island and plays a central role in pre-launch countdown and post-launch tracking operations. On-site facilities include the Takesaki Range (for small rockets), the Osaki Range (for J-I and H-II launch vehicles).

Tsukuba Space Center (TKSC) - Tsukuba Space Center is located in Tsukuba Science City. The center houses NASDA's Office of Research and Development, Office of Space Utilization Systems, Tracking and Control Center, Space Station Reliability Assurance Office, and the Administration Department.
