The American Astronautical Society is proud to announce this year’s winners of the Eugene M. The Eugene M. Emme Award winner is Teasel Muir-Harmony’s Operation Moonglow: A Political History of Project Apollo, published by Basic Books. The Eugene M. Emme Junior Award winner is John Rocco’s How We Got to the Moon: The People, Technology, and Daring Feats of Science Behind Humanity’s Greatest Adventure, published by Crown Books for Young Readers. Both recipients, with engaging content, have undoubtedly helped to further the general understanding of astronautics.
