Note: There have been launches of six satellites by a Russian Cosmos 3M, and of three satellites by an ESA Ariane 5, both on 27 September. The nine names and IDs are yet to be matched. They will be reported in SPX 600.
|2003-041A||USA 171 is an American geostationary military spacecraft that was launched from Cape Canaveral at 04:29 UT on 9 September 2003. It is reported to be an ORION-class craft belonging to the National Reconnaissance Office. No further information is available.|

All GLONASS spacecraft are in the general COSMOS series. The COSMOS numbers invoked by USSPACECOM have often differed from the numbers (NNNN) associated in Russia; when different, the USSPACECOM COSMOS numbers are shown in parentheses. The corresponding GLONASS numbers are Russian numbers, followed by the numbers in parentheses that are sometimes attributed to them outside Russia.
The operating frequencies in MHz are computed from the channel number K. Frequencies (MHz) = 1602.0 + 0.5625K and L2 = 1246.0 + 0.4375K.
