The International Space Station Program Office is seeking information from private firms and research institutions that could support a comprehensive assessment and documentation of organizational behavior within the program office located at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. The information, gathered via interaction with program office employees and managers during routine business activities, will be used to craft a recommended approach for resolving any issues identified with the communication climate within the program office.
