SUBJECT: Overviews of the Reduction-in-Force (RIF) Process
The Ames Human Resource Division has asked the Office of Personnel Management to provide RIF briefings for civil servant employees. An upcoming large session will be held on October 4, 2005, from 9 - 11 a.m., in the Main Auditorium, Building 201.
In addition, the Office of Personnel Management will also provide small group briefings for groups of 30 employees on the dates, times, and locations listed below. The content of the small group sessions will be the same as the large auditorium briefings, but due to the size of the audience, it will allow participants to ask more questions.
