Description
NASA/JSC is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Program Integration & Control (PI&C) support for the continued research, development, and operation of the International Space Station (ISS) Program Office in such areas as Information Technology (IT) Integration, IT Application Management, Program Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Integration, International Partner Integration, Spacecraft Integration, Safety and Mission Assurance, Engineering and Technical Services, Resource and Budgetary Analysis, Program Schedules, and Configuration and Data Management.
You are hereby notified that the ISS PI&C Follow-on Draft RFP is hereby released. Comments on the Draft RFP are due to the Contracting Officer, in writing, no later than November 7, 2008.
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541712 and 1,000, respectively.
The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26.
This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
The anticipated release date of the Final RFP for ISS PI&C is on or about December 5, 2008 with an anticipated proposal due date on or about:
1. January 22, 2009 (Past Performance, CAOT Template, & Representations and Certifications)
2. February 9, 2009 (Proposal)
The ISS PI&C Pre-proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2008, from 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST), at the Gilruth Recreational Center, Alamo Ballroom, adjacent to NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston TX. To facilitate further open communications with Industry, interested parties are invited to meet with the ISS PI&C Source Evaluation Board (SEB) Chair and Contracting Officer.
