Telemetry Server
Telemetry Server displays
orbiter Pulse Code Decommutation (PCDECOM)
status and passes PCDECOM data from the orbiter's
General Purpose Computer (GPC) data stream
to client applications executing on the Payload and General
Support Computers (PGSCs). Client applications can
receive and interpret any GPC data that is available
via serial or networked connections
by linking as a client to the Telemetry Server application.

When an application executes that is requesting
PCDECOM/WINDECOM data from the server, the server automatically
starts up and begins processing in the background
in the task bar.
